Folliculitis: They might be "folliculitis" from shaving or hair removal in general. That means irritation of the hair follicles. Bacteria make their way into the skin openings around the follicles and cause tiny little pimples. Be sure to change your razor blade frequently, and use soap or another shaving cream so the skin doesn't get irritated from shaving.
