Irregular bleeding: If sexually active and you notice a change in your regular periods, it is always a good idea to check a pregnancy test, even if you use contraception, because no method is 100% perfect. But, any woman can have some irregular spotting from time to time. Nobody has completely regular periods all her life, so if the pregnancy test is neg, don't worry. Give it a couple more cycles to see what happens.
