Yes: Epi occurs mostly after heavy lifting with a full bladder..resulting in chemical epi. Get it once, about 30% chance of getting again. Get it 2x. ..about 100% of getting it again. Treat with antibiotics, hot sitz baths, pain meds, scrotal support and empty bladder before straining at work or play. Close to 95% chance of cure the first time.
