See doctor/provider: if they are painful, it may well be a herpes infection and needs to be treated. Many other conditions can present like this, and nobody can diagnose it accurately without seeing you, and possibly taking samples for testing. See your health care provider as soon as possible, and avoid sexual contact or make absolutely sure he is using a condom - it is infectious.
