Endometriosis/pain: Endometriosis, unfortunately, often produces severe pain during deep pelvic sex thrusting. First, rule out pregnancy by taking a PG test. If it is negative go see your GYN MD for therapeutic options for Rx of the presumptive endometrial implants.
