What would be the reason for my heartrate to go up when i have given up caffeine due to pvcsresting heartrate used to be 60-70 now is 80-90 and over?!

60-70/80-90: Sounds as if the caffeine was doing OK. Was there a particular reason for stopping caffeine? There many items you could drink without concern. Please go online and find a few articles about resting heart rate. I think you will be more comfortable when you have reviewed that information.
