Any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal discharge requires medical evaluation. At age 16, STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea are high on the list of possibilities. I hope you have had the HPV vaccine and are using contraception, i.e. not relying only on condoms to prevent pregnancy.
