Moisture: Preventing a sunburn is a lot easier than curing one. Sunscreen or shade can prevent them. To cure or reduce it, add lots of moisture and clean gently with mild cleansers. Vaseline or aquaphor can be soothing to these areas. If it blisters, you may want to see your doctor.

USE SPF 50 Lip Salve: To prevent sunburn, us a 50 spf sunblock frequently during the day as a lip salve. A large hat may also help keep the sun off from the lower lip.
