Hard to say ...: Without a look at it, it's hard to give right diagnosis. Clinically, if it is flat with no elevation and itch, such lesion may be just a harmless vitiligo; if itchy but flat, it could be lichen simplex. Nonetheless, if it has been around for a while without symptoms, it would be most likely nothing to worry about. So, seek evaluation and counseling.
