Where?: Could be a sternoclavicular joint irritation from the activity, NSAIDs and ice would help. Deeper is a more rare problem, a thoracic outlet syndrome which will diminish your radial pulse while in a military brace or if clenching your fist repeated when held overhead cramps after a dozen or so fists. Postural exercises and prayer may be helpful. Rarely, surgery needed to open the vascular passage
