Depends: If you have a fever, intractable pain, blood in your stool (diarrhea), or blood in your urine, go to ER. Otherwise keep symptom diary and follow up with your clinician. Based on your symptoms an abdominal/pelvic CT Scan may be more appropriate to r/o Diverticulitis or Nephrolithiasis. TAKE CARE!
