Can woman pass sexually transmitted disesses to each other?

Sure!: Any human of any gender can pass a contagious disease to another human of any gender. It depends on where the germs are, and what kind of human-human contact there is. The germs are equal-opportunity, non-discriminating little critters (they infect persons regardless of gender, race, economic status, religious affiliation, etc... ).
