2-3 weeks ago: The test estimates time since last ovulation, so you likely conceived 2-3 weeks ago. Doctors use the first day of your last menstrual period, and so you are probably 4-5 weeks pregnant, if the first day of last period was 4-5 weeks ago. the fetus is said to be 4-5 weeks gestational age at this point. Congrats!
