Anemia and fertility: Anemia due to iron stores have been associated with ability to conceive and have been connected with anovulation(unable to ovulate). Iron deficiency anemia has also been linked to miscarriage, low birth weight, and preterm labor in some cases. Since you did not describe what type of anemia you have, the best option is to discuss with your doctor on management. Good luck.
