Cutting will not : Cutting off part of a mole when you shave will not make it turn malignant. Part of the mole you keep cutting is likely in the middle layer of the skin. When you shave off the top of it, the cells that are deeper down remain and regenerate the mole. That is why it grows back. There's nothing to worry about, but you could see your dermatologist to have it removed, just to eliminate the nuisance.
