No risk: STDs are not transmitted by shared clothing, and even if it were possible, you say the mixup occurs "in the laundry". That would kill any STD germs in the clothing. There would be no risk even without laundering, and certainly in this circumstance. Roommates never catch STDs from the people they live with, if they aren't sex partners together. Never.
