Sure: Patience is a virtue, a valuable one. A urine pregnancy test done correctly should give a reliable result on 3 weeks after when conception might have been (making it unlikely to be a false negative if it is negative). Hopefully, it will be a positive, but there should be no need to give it another thought until then. If one's normal regular period comes, there is no need to do a pregnancy test.
