STD risk in teens: If both of you never had sex with anyone else -- or if you did, that person has been tested and found negative for common STDs -- there is no possibility of an STD. Otherwise, you should be checked. STD rates and risks are at their very highest among sexually active teens. But if both negative now, no further testing needed unless and until one of you has sex with someone else.
