? Raynaud's : Exposure to cold can trigger a temporary spasm of the arteries to your hands and/or feet. Sometimes stress or anxiety can do the same thing. By diminishing blood flow, your tissue takes more oxygen out of your blood cells which can cause a bluish or yellowish color to emerge. If it does nto happen often or casue pain, you can watch this, if not, get it checked out.
