Pelvic exam: It is possible that you have or are having vaginal/uterine spasm, tearing or bruising from the rough sex. Pain during intercourse can be related to your partner's size. your lubrication, sexual positions, and length and duration of the rough sex. Your should abstain sexually until cleared by your GYN. Get seen ASAP.
