I have black clots and brown tissue in my period with an odd odor. very painful cramps and heavy flow. periods very irregular. ?

Black clots /odor: Check ultrasound for fibroids. polyps , PID. polycytic ovarian syndrome . May have an assoiciated vaginitis, possible ectopic or retained products f/u /w/ doc

See doctor for exam: Sometimes period heavier than other months and sometimes just " brownish discharge", some odor is normal but if very strong you shoud be trsted for various infection . Painful cramps are common especialy in young woman. I recommend to be examined
