A member asked:

Is a pregnancy test accurate 43 days after sex? if it negative...is there a chance that i am pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Technique: If you did the test correctly and it was negative at 43 days after sex, you are not pregnant. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
