A member asked:

Shocked by an outlet for a second while removing paneling from the wall no pain or symptoms at all just wondering if heart rhythm could be effected?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: It is unlikely to get a heart arrhythmia from a shock you would get from a wall outlet. You can always check your pulse yourself! If you do not feel pain in chest, dizzy, light headed and pulse regular then you have your answer!
