Does vestibular papillae come out during an yeast infection and stay even after the infection has cleared?

Examination: Some women have prominent vestibular papillae. There is not a direct link to yeast infections. Sometimes these normal anatomic variants are confused with vaginal warts. An experienced Obgyn should be able to do a physical exam and confirm the diagnosis.
