Mold clean up: While most people don't have severe ill effects from mold, it is always best to clean it up. This includes finding the water source that contributed--leaky pipe, roof, poor ventilation, flood, etc. If drywall is affected, it should be replaced. A good ethical contractor can make sure it is done right. Fixing the reason for the mold issue is the most important, so it does not continue.
