Either...Or...but: ...not Both. Both cannot happen. Humans cannot get pregnant and have a menstrual period the next day. Having the period means a woman did not just get pregnant the day before. However, a woman can get pregnant the day before her EXPECTED period date (usually due to ovulating later than usual), but then she would not get her menstrual period. Pregnant women do not have regular menstrual periods.
