Repeat blood test: Urine pregnancy tests will remain positive until the pregnancy hormone is very low.The only way to be sure that your miscarriage is final is to have a blood test measure the amount of pregnancy hormone that is in your blood,repeat the test a few days or so later, and verify that the level is decreasing.There is a small chance that not all of the pregnancy tissue has passed until hormones are low.
