I've had three heavy periods in about 5 weeks. i'm on the pill and my periods are always regular so this is freaking me out a bit. what could it be?

Abnormal heavy: bleeding , also know as hypermenorrhea, is usually due to abnormal fluctuations in your female cycle, incomplete miscarriage, disease of the uterus or vagina. You must be examined, evaluated, diagnosed and treated. If sexually active, get checked for pregnancy.
