Hip: Usculoskeletal pain that radiates to the groin is usually from the hip. With your psoriasis and arthritis, it is likely a synovitis of the hip joint; which is an inflammation of the capsule if the hip. Hopefully would respond to an NSAID, if not you may need to be seen.
