Difficult to say: It's very difficult to get a sense of what you're referring to. Most scabs/lesions that form after an injury, unless there are signs of infection like spreading redness or discharge, are not problematic and go away after a few weeks. If you think this is something worrisome, a picture provided through a virtual consult may be enough to offer a more reliable impression.
