Headache: There are many causes of headache like migraine, disturbed sleep, waking in middle of sleep cycle, a nightmare, sinusitis when you wake up with headache. Associated symptoms of worsening with bright light , and loud noise , nausea vomiting helps with diagnosis of migraine. If that is not the case must contact a physician or go to ER ASAP.
