No: A lump that you can feel is not a sign of early pregnancy. Depending on what the lump looks/feels like, it could be a few things, but most commonly in this area you could find a hernia or a cyst. Requesting a consult and providing a picture would likely give enough information to tell you more certainly if concerned.
