Intimate fluids: If the only time you notice this is right after intercourse then you may be seeing the semen deposited in the vagina during intercourse. If he did not ejaculate inside then you may be seeing a combination of preejaculatory fluid combined with your own vaginal secretions. If you feel it is abnormal then schedule a visit for infection testing

Infection: A green discharge is abnormal and may be suggestive of infection. You probably should see your Gyn. Not worried about std's. Hope this helps.
