New cycle: You always ovulate 14 days PRIOR to your period, so if regular usually, then you would be on a new cycle, and generally would ovulate about 2weeks (midcycle) after your period. Forget the old cycle you were on as far as dates go, you would now be on a new cycle with the new dates of your last period.
