Vulvodynia: Please visit your OB/GYN. There are different kinds of pain in the vulva, localized and generalized vulvodynia. Your MD will examine you and determine where the pain is and what is causing it. Until then, wear cotton underwear, don't wear any at night (might be irritating you) and stay away from harsh soaps.
