A member asked:

Might a teenager get some sort of heart attack from way too much caffeine?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal: Amounts. The short answer is no. Teens unless there are congenital issues do not have deceased coronary blood vessels and therefor flow is not limited nor is heart muscle effected by increased heart rate. The reason young athletes drop in cardiac arrest are complex and beyond a short explanation in this space.
