Unlikely,: as it you took postiinor withing 72 hours of having sex. The postinor -2 prescribing recommends that the second pill be taken within 12 hours after the first, and you are not clear if you used one package or two. Postinor or any other morning after pill is not intended for regular contraception, and I strongly urge that you use maintenance birth control such as BCP or depo or implant.
