When in doubt: just check pregnancy test. And if you are still not bleeding normally and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. Monitor your symptoms to see if they will go away. If you are pregnant, then that may explain your symptoms and the breast swelling. If not, visit a GYN or family physician.
