No: No, what you're asking about isn't physically possible, at least not w/normal size penis & urethra (pee hole). Of course, other things can fit in there but we don't recommend it b/c then it could be bad. Dizziness associated w/bleeding is a bad thing. You need to get checked out now to be sure you haven't lost too much blood. Don't wait for someone to find you passed out on ground. And check STDs
