Stop caffeine: Taper youself off though. You will get withdrawal headache if not. I was the same. On coffee all the time to stay up and study later at night fora big exam. Day of exam, did not drink coffee cause i did not want to get up to go to the bathroom. About 2 hrs into the test, got severe headache. Never figured out problem until after test. Try mix half decalf and half reg first.
