High blood pressure: Don't check blood pressure after exercise. Wait at least 5min, sitting in chair w/feet on floor, before checking. Repeat twice more w/o getting up. Throw out outlier & average remaining two to arrive at "your" blood pressure. For next several days, check at same time. Then check at different time of day. Bring record & cuff to Family Doc to calibrate & review. Eat healthy, exercise & don't smoke.
