Mystery infection 3 months ago that made my lymph nodes swell severely, with lots of breast and armpit pain. antibiotics resolved swelling, not pain.

Lymph nodes: By now the lymph nodes should have gone away. You need to see your PCP first for labs. Then maybe thinking about getting a biopsy of the lymph nodes. Maybe even some imaging like a CT, etc will give some information.
