No, that's abnormal: By definition, those things in urine are abnormal. Urine is normally sterile, and doesn't have red cells, white cells, bacteria, or protein in it. This depends though, on whether the sample was contaminated with fluids from the external genitalia in females, or possibly residual semen in the urethra of men. This test was ordered by someone for some reason. Ask the doc who ordered the test about it
