Knee chondromalacia: Taking narcotics to Rx patellar chondromalacia is not a good path to go down. In addition to the addicting potential ,it will lead to a false sense of safety such that u will not feel pain when doing an activity which will produce more injury. So get it checked by a knee specialist for a better rx
