Let us not jump: To the conclusion here. There are benign arrhythmia and younger one is more benign condition one has. It is the slow heart rate which sometimes need pacemaker. So you should fine out what is happening with your HR. If it is fast or slow and then if it regular or irregular. Continuous or intermittent. What are the trigger factors.
