Safest travel: Traveling by plane is the safest way to travel. This applies to pregnant women as well. Airlines have different policies as of what gestational age they won't let pregnant women fly for fear of having a delivery on the plane. Women during their first trimester should not have any problems. www.healthtap.com/drpeterbaumann
