If it looks infected: You may just want to use some warm moist towels in the area where it was stuck and give her some Motrin and if you have some antiseptic cream like Neosporin clean the area with just warm water dry it then use the cream for night and let it be exposed to air and in the morning if the area looks swollen and red yes take her to doctor for an antibiotic
