How can i slow down bowel movements after taking antibiotics?

Probiotic, yogurt: Taking a probiotic supplement (typically lactobacillus and saccharomyces strains) or adding yogurt with active cultures may help. It works better as a preventative measure if started before or along with the antibiotic, but it certainly won't hurt to start now and may speed recovery of a healthy intestinal microbiome!

Hints: take dairy and probiotics daily. Try to take medication on a full stomach unless otherwise prescribed.
