brown/black discharge from vagina for about a week and a half now. lower back pain and sharp headaches. sometimes there were clots. diagnosis?

Depends: It is hard to tell in this format. I would recommend an examination by a doctor. Brown/Black discharge can be old blood. But I would recommend an evaluation with vaginal cultures, blood tests.....
