Not likely with OCP: Birth control, or "oral contraceptives" in the medical community, are not commonly associated with permanent cessation of your menses (OCP effect is temporary during consistent use), nor are these medications associated with voice changes when used as prescribed. Under different conditions, different hormones (not OCP) can be prescribed to promote vocal changes or other hormonal influences.

BC pill "periods": Oral. contraceptive pill "periods" are actually hormone withdrawal bleeding to remind the patient when to take the next pack of pills. Those "periods" will be brown or dark red in character and minimal in days of flow, which many women "love". Unless the pill gets stuck in your throat when swallowing, then your vocal chords will be unaffected by their use.
